The Spartan Poker Scam : A Planned Fraud to steal players money

By law, the company was required to return all player funds within six months of the ban. That date has passed. While other gaming companies followed the rules and returned player balances, Spartan Poker has done nothing.

Many of us are asking the same question: What happened to our money?

For months, Spartan Poker players and employees have been kept in the dark. While the company claims "business issues," the evidence suggests something much darker. This doesn't look like a sudden bankruptcy; it looks like a carefully planned exit.

The OneVerse Takeover: Where the TDS Loot Began

Things took a turn for the worse when OneVerse acquired Spartan Poker. Since that change in ownership, players have faced a nightmare with TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).

Players never received correct TDS statements. On every withdrawal, the company deducted more and more TDS—far higher than what should have been legally taken. It wasn't just a mistake; it feels like a deliberate "TDS Loot." The company didn't have a transparent or correct logic in its system. Every time a player checked, the TDS calculations were different.

Was the Software Altered?

How did this company pass its audits?

The fact that TDS calculations changed constantly suggests that the Spartan Poker software was fully alterable. It seems they could change the settings anytime they wanted. Was this done on purpose to take more money from players and fill their own pockets?

And the biggest question remains: If they deducted these high amounts, why didn't they show these records to the government or pay the taxes? They took the money from us in the name of the government but never deposited it. This is a massive legal crime. The government must investigate this immediately.

A Business Failure or a Planned Trap?

It is easy to blame the recent gaming ban for the company's collapse. But look at the timeline. Withdrawals were frozen in July 2025. Yet, the company kept asking players to deposit money. Why would a company stop paying people but keep asking for more cash?

The math doesn't add up. It looks like they wanted to collect as much money as possible before closing their doors.

Did the Owners Run Away with Your Savings?

Players are asking: Did Mr. Prashant Joshua and Mr. Paul Michael know the ban was coming?

The timing is too perfect. They stopped withdrawals months before the ban. They fired employees immediately after the ban. It seems like they planned to show the government that they had no money, while secretly moving funds to other accounts. If this was a plan, it is the biggest case of cheating in the Indian gaming community.

The Mystery of Crores: Why Are We Still Waiting?

Here are the facts: Crores of rupees belonging to players is currently stuck.

By law, the company was required to return all player funds within six months of the ban. That date has passed. While other gaming companies followed the rules and returned player balances, Spartan Poker has done nothing. Are they running out of India? Are they hoping we will just forget about our hard-earned money?

⚠️ URGENT ACTION REQUIRED: HOW TO RECOVER YOUR MONEY

FOR EMPLOYEES: Do not just sit and wait. You have the legal right to your hard-earned salary. All employees who have not been paid should immediately approach the NCLT (Cuffe Parade) and file a civil suit. You have the right to claim your full pending salary plus 12% interest. Do not let go of your hard-earned money—take legal action now.

FOR PLAYERS: The TDS situation is nothing short of robbery. Do not wait for the company to "do the right thing." Players must immediately move to court to file a case against this TDS robbery and demand a government investigation into where our money has gone. There is a high possibility that this investigation will uncover even more fraud.

Are you also a victim? Keep your records safe. Do not let them get away with this.
