There is no clear intention to settle employee dues

the offer was withdrawn due to negative feedback provided by my previous employer, OneVerse Gaming.

By law, the company was required to return all player funds within six months of the ban. That date has passed. While other gaming companies followed the rules and returned player balances, Spartan Poker has done nothing.

On 11th March, Mr. Prashant Joshua created a WhatsApp group claiming transparency and resolution. He stated that salary payments would begin from 28th March.

At first glance, this may sound like an attempt at resolution. But when examined alongside what was admitted during the same meeting, a very different picture emerges.

A call recording from 10th December captures a clear statement made by the CEO Paul Micheal on behalf of the Board. In that call, it was explicitly stated that sufficient funds had already been arranged by the board in November 2025 to clear all employee salary dues.

In 2024, OneVerse Gaming Technology Pvt. Ltd. was projected as one of the most aggressive players in India’s gaming ecosystem. Backed by bold claims and amplified by leading media houses, the company positioned itself as a well-funded consolidator ready to dominate the market.

I am sharing this publicly because I have now run out of private avenues. What follows is not a complaint written in anger but a factual account of what has been happening, and what continues to go unaddressed.
