How long will you keep misleading employees
There is no clear intention to settle employee dues
There comes a point where silence is no longer patience—it becomes evidence. For employees of OneVerse Gaming Technology Pvt. Ltd., that point has long passed. Despite repeated assurances from Prashant Joshua, Paul Micheal, and the leadership team, salaries remain unpaid, commitments remain unfulfilled, and accountability remains missing. What is unfolding is not confusion—it is a clear pattern of fraud, cheating with employees, financial misconduct, and deliberate misrepresentation. Employees are now openly questioning whether this is a failed business—or a systematic effort to delay, deflect, and deny rightful dues.
22 April Meeting: No Answers, No Accountability, No Payment Plan
On 22 April, Mr. Prashant Joshua joined a Google Meet call with employees to provide an update on pending salaries. Prior to the meeting, employees were asked to submit their questions in advance via WhatsApp so that clear and structured answers could be given.
Employees complied and raised direct, legitimate concerns:
Immediate salary payment timeline
Status of pending salary settlement
Clarification on TDS deducted but not deposited
Issuance of Form-16
Demand for post-dated cheques as legal assurance
Request for employee-wise payment schedule
These are not optional asks—they are legal employer obligations under Indian law.
What Happened in the Call?
Despite having full visibility of these questions in advance:
No fixed payment date was provided
No written commitment was given
No clarity on TDS compliance or statutory filings
No agreement on financial guarantees like post-dated cheques
Instead, Mr. Prashant Joshua presented an Excel-based plan, which appeared uncertain, unverified, and without financial backing.
Employees were left with the same reality:
No salary, no clarity, no accountability
9 Months passed of Unpaid Salaries: Still Zero Payment
It has been over 45 days since the WhatsApp group was created, where employees were assured that payments would begin.
Till date:
No salaries have been paid
No structured settlement has been executed
No legally binding commitment has been made
This repeated pattern of assurances followed by inaction strongly indicates:
Fraud and cheating with employees through false promises and intentional delay tactics
False Assurances and Financial Misrepresentation
Employees were repeatedly told:
“Salary will be paid in 15 days”
“Funds have been arranged”
“Payments will start soon”
However:
- No funds were disbursed
- No commitments were honored
- No transparency was provided
Such conduct raises serious concerns of:
Financial fraud, cheating with employees, and deliberate misrepresentation by management
Statutory Violations: Cheating with the Government of India
There are also serious concerns regarding:
- TDS deducted from employee salaries (September 2024 – July 2025)
- No confirmation of deposit with the Government of India
This is not just internal failure—it amounts to:
Cheating with the Government of India and violation of statutory tax obligations
Expansion Talks While Employees Remain Unpaid
During the same call, Mr. Prashant Joshua mentioned being involved in:
Acquiring new companies and Merging new business entities
This raises critical concerns:
- If there is no money to pay employees, how are new acquisitions being planned?
- Why are employee dues not being prioritized?
Employees now strongly believe:
New opportunities are being explored while existing employees are left unpaid and ignored
No Written Commitment = No Intent to Pay
Employees have consistently requested:
- Written acknowledgment of total dues
- Employee-wise payable breakdown
- Post-dated cheques as a financial commitment
However, these basic assurances have been repeatedly avoided.
This raises a serious and unavoidable conclusion:
There is no clear intention to settle employee dues
A Clear Pattern: Delay, Deflect, Deny
When all events are connected, a consistent pattern emerges:
- Months of unpaid salaries
- Repeated false assurances
- No written commitments
- Lack of financial transparency
- Avoidance of accountability
- This is not a temporary issue.
This is a systematic pattern of fraud, cheating with employees, and financial misconduct
The Human Cost
Behind every unpaid salary:
- There is a family struggling with financial pressure
- There are EMIs, rent, and daily expenses unpaid
- There is mental stress, anxiety, and uncertainty
This is no longer just a corporate issue.
It is a financial and humanitarian crisis affecting 100+ employees
Conclusion: Enough Is Enough
Employees are no longer asking for promises.
They are asking for:
- Immediate salary payment
- Clear written commitments
- Legal accountability
Until actual payments are made, every meeting, every email, and every “plan” will only reinforce one reality:
Employees are being misled through false assurances and delay tactics
And the biggest question still remains:
How long will OneVerse continue this pattern of fraud and cheating with employees before accountability is enforced?
